Welcome to Foundation!

We are very excited for our 'Amazing Animals' topic this term! 🐱🐘🐅🐒 we will be learning about vets as 'people who help us', including a special visit from a vet to explain all about their important job 👩🏼‍⚕️👨🏼‍⚕️ we will also be learning about life cycles of some animals as well as topics that are happening throughout this term, such as Shrove Tuesday and Lent, Comic Relief and World Book Day 📚📖 we cannot wait to celebrate and learn more about all of these special events! 🌟

The Foundation Team will update your child's Tapestry account regularly so please keep your eyes peeled for photos and information about our exciting topics and super work.

Useful Information

PE days: Both classes will have indoor PE on Wednesday morning.

              Outdoor PE will be on Friday. The children do not need an outdoor kit for this session.

Reading Books: We will aim to change reading books on a Tuesday and Friday. Please write in your child's diary so that we can see that they have read. Thank you!
